Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned in its original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
You may inspect and handle the item as you would in a physical store. However, if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary, a deduction may be made from your refund.
