At Lumetiia, we are committed to providing a reliable and customer-friendly shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

For customers located in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without providing justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and all components

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply partial refunds for items that show signs of use, damage caused by improper handling, or missing parts.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Email address used for the purchase

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos or videos, if applicable

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and the return address by email.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Lumetiia will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A full refund

  • Store credit

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the transaction.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
